A supervisee’s view of Valerie’s supervision: “Valerie was so gracious to take me on as her first intern. It was a learning experience for us both. I appreciated how Valerie took the time to explain cases to me during supervision sessions and with the permission of a client or two I was allowed to sit in on a session to get experience in real time by a seasoned therapist. I valued our supervised sessions, as Valerie was patient with a very green intern who had lots of questions and insecurities. I would recommend Valerie to anyone who wants to learn and gain a wealth of knowledge from one of the best Colorado Springs offers in our field of therapists” Lee F.
Consultation Sometimes licensed therapists need to run cases by another counselor. It could be for a certain area of expertise, experience, or just to hear the case out loud for review. Valerie has experience providing case consultation to include prenatal and perinatal trauma in adults, neurodiverse couples’ cases, and more! Here is Valerie speaking about her Consultation:
